【大選】英文差？　柯P：我在美國住過一年

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲今出席食安論壇，會後受訪時被問及是否會在選前公布小內閣人選，柯表示在進行徵詢中，至於是否在選前要把所有遴選過程都跑完，就授權各組召集人處理，柯並指應該有一些會公布。

針對交通部長葉匡時指是否放心讓柯文哲接待外賓，質疑柯的英文能力，柯表示不要把政治搞成馬戲團，他在美國住過一年，也是台大教授，怎麼不會講英文。另外柯也提到對台灣感念祠的想法，他說這個觀念不錯，將對台灣有貢獻的人、不分國籍、黨派，立一個祠不錯，但到底要不要蓋成正式建築物，還要考慮。（張博亭／台北報導）
