位在倫敦北區，英國面積最小的住房，因地段受歡迎，詢問者眾，最近以27.5萬英鎊（約新台幣1375萬元）成交，受到矚目。

這個由花店改建而成的一房公寓，只有188平方英尺，約只有半個火車廂大小，是目前英國一般新屋的1/5，內部有一個小的衛浴，開放式的小廚房，小客廳，雙人床則是在夾層，需走樓梯上去，床頭有小衣櫃。

這個迷你小屋出售的廣告刊登在房地產網站後，受到熱烈詢問。房仲表示，有意購買的買主包括首購者，需要多一個房間的屋主，或想做包租公包租婆的投資者。

房仲表示，目前銷售情況最好的房子大小平均在1400平方英尺到2200平方英尺之間，很少出售這麼小的房子。

求售的廣告刊出後，有22萬人在房仲網站上查詢，雖然房小且價格不菲，但很快就找到買出，最後以27.5萬英鎊賣出。

相較於瑞士、德國等國家民眾偏愛租屋，英國人熱衷買房。根據統計局的報告，英國平均房價為27萬5000英鎊，令許多年輕人無力負擔。(中央社)
