瑞麟美而美淪陷　消費者難求償

頂新劣油連環爆。

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，衛福部食品藥物管理署代理署長姜郁美昨表示，前天要求預防性下架的頂新八款問題牛油產品，經追查下游業者，除食品大廠味全、聯夏、三億外，昨再新增新玉園和詮亞兩業者；總計五家業者共製成肉醬、奶油等十一項產品，其中知名連鎖火鍋店千葉火鍋因用到三億的麻辣牛油，做為麻辣鍋湯底，也遭波及。

另外《中國時報》報導，連鎖早餐店瑞麟美而美，也誤用頂新劣質牛油，但由於難以證明民眾是吃下美而美早餐而身體不適，所以就算已經向華南產險投保5000萬元的產品責任險，也難以申請理賠。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
