陳沖：全球已簽400多個FTA

總統府資政陳沖今天指出，全球化正加速區域經濟整合，全球自2003年到現在，已簽了400多個FTA（自由貿易協定），本來一個大club（WTO、世界貿易組織）架構下，突然多了很多個中club和小club（多邊及雙邊FTA）。

陳沖說，台灣是「不規模經濟體（沒有經濟規模）」，所以爭取簽訂FTA動作要快，台灣除持續加強對外貿易之外，還要整合全球資源，尤其趁TPP和RECP這類多邊FTA還沒簽訂完成時，也許有機會追上去。
