全球3月氣溫史上第四高 美國反降

美國國家海洋暨大氣總署（NOAA）表示，3月全球氣溫為過去135年來同期的第四高，氣溫比20世紀的平均溫度高攝氏0.7度。

NAOO指出，斯洛伐克上月經歷史上最熱的3月，南韓和拉脫維亞3月溫度為歷來同期第二溫暖。

不過，美國3月氣溫比往常低攝氏0.5度，為歷來第43冷的3 月。
