昔日女神現在變這款　重健康不怕皺紋爬滿臉

48歲日本女星鈴木保奈美日前出席防治乳癌宣導活動，和與會民眾分享自己維持健康的秘訣。她1991年演出經典日劇《東京愛的故事》中的女主角「莉香」，成為不少男粉絲的夢中情人，不少網友看到她現在細紋爬滿臉的模樣，不禁大嘆：「歲月果然不饒人，當年的女神還是老了。」
 
她表示自己並沒有特別維持美麗的撇步，笑說：「我平常只靠正常吃3餐、充足睡眠和泡澡來保持健康，讓自己開心地度過每一天也很重要。」還表示如果身體不健康，光靠外在的保養也沒用，她復出拍戲前很享受當家庭主婦的身分，現在女兒慢慢長大了，重回演藝圈後，希望能多接拍一些自己想演又具有挑戰性的角色。（蘇威全╱綜合報導）
