手機4g常跳回3g

我前一陣子換了infocus m810 ,卡也換成4g卡
剛開始用覺得很順暢很好用，過一陣子就發現訊號一直跳到3g
而且蠻常發生

但我是合約內不降速，應該是沒有限制才對
我也想說是不是我家覆蓋率不好
但到別地方也會突然跳3g，而且持續蠻久

我不太懂這些問題，只想了解這樣是正常嗎
不想我突然想看網頁，速度突然慢下來
或看影片到一半因為跳3g，影片畫質變差

求解答 感恩!
