彰檢聲押頂新製油代董事長陳茂嘉

彰化檢方昨天下午前往彰化永靖鄉頂新製油總公司，以被告身分偵訊代理董事長兼總經理陳茂嘉，在凌晨兩點結束覆訊，並以有串證之虞及重要共犯未到案的理由，向法院聲請羈押禁見，陳茂嘉步出彰檢時以外套遮住手銬，在法警的戒護下移送法院，彰化地院也將連夜召開聲押庭，持續追蹤頂新高層是否早已知情使用飼料油情形。
