請問共享資料夾可以設定檔案不能取出嗎?

因為公司內部為了方便讓業助之間可以分享資料
所以設定了共享資料夾，又因為不讓外人可以進入所以需要打密碼

但是有辦法說讓在資料夾裡的檔案，可以在該資料夾裡面編輯
但不能把檔案存放到這個共享資料夾以外的地方
(不能另存在電腦or隨身碟裡面)

因為我只知道怎麼設定共享資料夾，但我不知道能不能這樣做
希望知道的可以解答 謝謝了^_^
