全民抵制頂新，造成味全以外的鮮乳品牌熱銷，台東初鹿牧場訂貨量暴增4倍，不過卻有人發現超市賣的「台東初鹿鮮乳」，包裝跟價格都和正港台東的初鹿牧場販售的不一樣。

根據《TVBS》報導，這款瓶身上寫聯合農民乳品公司的台東初鹿鮮乳，在去年被台東縣消保官查出以「台東初鹿鮮乳」為商標混淆消費者，讓不知情的民眾誤買，而經濟部智慧財產局也依商標法63條，正式公告廢止聯合農民乳品公司商標註冊，且依食品衛生管理法開單告發。

「台東初鹿鮮乳」和「初鹿牧場」產品商標相似度高，如果民眾想要買真正的「初鹿牧場」務必要認清楚商標以及產地再購買。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導)
