隨身硬碟要掛了?怎麼辦?

情況一:
這台硬碟之前用到一半，會出現(狀況等同於直接拔除USB線的狀態)，但事實上USB線還插著呀，而且我根本都沒動到隨身硬碟，而且在安全移除硬體的選項內，找不到剛存在的隨身硬碟= = 。
情況二:
神奇的是，可能又過個5分鐘，電腦又跑出視窗說，找到新裝置了，然後接下來可能又過個五分鐘又出現上面硬碟消失的事，上述兩種情況情況，周而復始@@
情況三:
有時硬碟就從情況一後，消失再也找不到了，然後出現這邊，以上到底是什麼情況?怎麼辦?
