板橋公所前課長涉貪遭起訴

板橋區公所林姓前課長涉向業者索賄及浮報詐取公有停車塔維修費用新台幣逾百萬元，新北地檢署今天偵結依貪污罪嫌起訴。

檢方起訴書指出，林姓被告在擔任板橋區公所養護工程課長時，涉嫌與許姓課員多次利用經辦公有停車塔設備維修、保養等機會，假藉各種理由向業者索賄。

檢方查出，林及許兩人涉分別向承包業者索賄新台幣46萬元、61萬元，甚至要求業者配合出具不實報價單，向公所浮報詐領112萬6070元公款。

新北地檢署今天偵結並依公務員不違背職務收賄、利用職務機會詐取財物、不違背職務交付賄賂等罪嫌，起訴林、陳及10名業者。由於林姓被告矢口否認收賄犯行，檢察官建請法官從重量刑。
