2港女列黑名單？ 移民署：依法處理

不繳房租又惡搞租屋處邱姓、曾姓的2名香港女子，17日被交付移民署，並移送宜蘭看守所。移民署署長謝立功今天表示，按照現有規定，最多收容60天，必要時可辦理延長。

是否考慮列為「黑名單」？謝立功指出，官方並未使用「黑名單」或「不受歡迎人物」等說法，但移民署對違法的外來人士，都有一套慣例的規則，會依據相關的法令處理，2名港女違法違規之事實，還要看檢查官的偵辦情形，以及後續起訴或判刑狀況而定。

謝立功說，外來人士在台灣若有違法違規的情形，會有一定的管制期限，該期間不得入台，管制期間的長短則依個別涉及的法令調整，2名港女逾期停留的部分，雖非刑事，也是行政管制法令上的違規。

謝立功也呼籲，台灣絕對是民主自由的國家，但也是法制的社會，希望所有外來人士，必須遵守台灣法令。
