大選恐撞期末考 教部協調提前考

中選會今天決議，明年1月16日舉行總統與立委選舉，教育部表示，由於大選日可能和大學的期末考時間衝突，將協調各校調整，提早在16日前考完期末考。

依規定，第14任總統、副總統選舉應於105年4月19日前完成選舉投票，第9屆立法委員應於105年1月21日前完成選舉投票。這兩項選舉，中選會已決議同天舉行投票，今天並進一步決議投票日期為105年1月16日。

教育部次長陳德華表示，先前曾向大學瞭解狀況，大選日訂在16日對大學衝擊較小，不少大學的期末考都在16日前考完，但仍有部分大學期末考時間會橫跨16日。

陳德華指出，為確保學生參與選舉的權利，先前曾徵詢大學意見，大學多認為提前開學對行事曆影響較大，調整期末考日期的作法較可行，現在大選日確定後，教育部也將請大學協進會協調各校，提前在16日前考完期末考，讓學生可以安心投票。
