南市重劃區動土　電信電力將共管

台南市佔地42.4公頃的平實營區市地重劃區，今天上午由市長賴清德親自主持動土典禮，賴清德強調，重劃區首創將全區電力、電信纜線、固網寬頻等管線納入共同管道，避免日後各單位挖埋管線，造成道路不平。
 
賴清德表示，因應南紡夢時代與國賓商圈開發，市府在重劃區內劃設250格地下停車場，減少日後車輛進出雍塞，無處可停車的窘境。
 
平實營區市地重劃區工程經費8.17億，包含重劃基礎工程和公Ｅ3公園工程，預定明年8月完工，完成後可提供7.39公頃商業區、14.04公頃住宅區、1.42公頃車專區等用地與19.55公頃道路、公園、文中小、廣場等公共設施。（劉榮輝／台南報導）
