請問能告訴我要怎麼搭飛機.轉機的過程??

我是跟媽媽一起搭飛機來印尼住
但是我不適應這邊的環境
要回台灣住
可是我不知道要怎麼搭飛機回台灣
媽媽也不想回台灣了
所以只有我一個人要搭飛機
從印尼雅加達到香港再到高雄機場
中途要轉機
而且聽說香港的海關比較嚴。
我比較擔心轉機的過程!!!!
希望可以說得比較詳細又簡單~~
