15年懸案有解？　地產大亨繼承人被捕

現年71歲的美國紐約地產大亨繼承人羅伯德斯特(Robert Durst)，14日在紐奧良被捕，並以一級謀殺罪起訴，涉嫌犯下15年前的謀殺懸案。

1982年羅伯德斯特的第一任妻子凱薩琳（Kathleen McCormack）失蹤至今從未尋獲，被當局判定死亡，羅伯德斯特的密友蘇珊（Susan Berman），據信知道凱薩琳失蹤的內幕，在2000年被謀殺，羅伯德斯特在兩個案件中都被偵查，但從未被起訴， 羅伯德斯特隨後搬到德州，2001年殺害並肢解鄰居莫里斯（Morris Black）被捕，2003年開庭受審，羅伯德斯特以自衛為由，坦承殺害鄰居，最後無罪開釋。

洛杉磯檢察官近來重新調查這蘇珊的謀殺案，隨後發出拘捕令，羅伯德斯特的律師表示他是因涉嫌謀殺蘇珊被捕。

美國有線電視頻道HBO推出羅伯德斯特的紀錄片，名為《噩運：德斯特的生與死》（The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst），最後一集於15日播出。（周佩萱／綜合外電報導）
