政府接管高鐵 立委有疑慮

立法院交通委員會今天(1號)審查「獎勵民間參與交通建設條例部分條文修正草案」，讓政府有強制接管高鐵的法源依據。不過由於交通部長沒出席，加上台灣高鐵公司也沒代表列席，在多名朝野立委心存疑慮的情形下，委員會最後決議擇期再審。(陳葦庭報導)

為了讓政府有強制接管高鐵的法源依據，立法院交通委員會審查「獎勵民間參與交通建設條例部分條文修正草案」，不過因為高鐵財務改善方案還沒出爐，立委羅淑蕾表示，在先減資後增資的前提還沒達成的情況下，她反對任何直接讓政府有接管的依據。

立委管碧玲也說，高鐵財務要怎麼改善都還不知道，交通部就急於想到「接管」這個最後不得已的方法，讓人匪夷所思。

由於朝野立委都心存疑慮的，因此委員會主席王進士宣佈，「擇期再審」。

交通部表示，高鐵財務改善方案10月份會出爐，到時候會向立法院交通委員會進行報告。
