韓國女團Glam成員金多喜和女模李智妍，因勒索李秉憲，９月30日遭首爾中央地方檢察廳刑事部，以共同恐嚇等罪嫌正式起訴，並拘留兩人。經檢方調查確認，李秉憲和主張與他交往的李智妍，並非情侶關係。

據檢方透露，３人於７月１日經友人介紹，共進晚餐而認識，數度聚會後，兩女企圖從李秉憲身上騙取錢財與房子，但遭對方拒絕，才決定用不雅影片威脅勒索；兩女準備２只行李箱，要他拿出50億韓幣（約１億5000萬台幣），但他離開現場後直接向警方報案。

李知妍透過律師主張與李秉憲是「情侶」，檢方調查後表示非屬實，因８月14日時她曾向他表示「想搬到自己住的房子」，並要求他買房子給她，他才回覆「別再見面了」如此讓人誤會的訊息。

檢方也透露兩女經濟狀況，李知妍模特兒工作收入不穩定，多喜也因長期沒活動，欠經紀公司多達３億韓幣（約930萬台幣），才會向李秉憲哭窮並勒索。
