爭調薪 巴西全國銀行員工罷工

巴西全國各地的公民營銀行員工為爭取調薪，今天起展開無限期罷工，但電子提款機、電話服務和行政中心仍照常運作。

銀行從業員的主要訴求是將薪資調高12.5%（實際所得調高5.8%），以彌補至8月份累積12個月的通貨膨脹率6.35%所致購買力的損失。

聖保羅州銀行從業員工會主席莫瑞拉（JuvandiaMoreira）聲明，呼籲全國銀行從業員同心協力，壯大罷工行列，讓資方盡快答應他們的訴求。

罷工首日，聖保羅市中心和主要商業大道的銀行員工最先展開罷工；謝吉貝（Sergipe）州僅州立銀行（Banese）員工照常工作；彼奧（Piaui）州首府特勒西納（Teresina）95%的銀行員工加入罷工。

上周，全國銀行聯盟（Fenaban）提議將薪資調高7.35%，起薪調高8%，另外提高分紅比例和交通、餐飲等項目補助金額，被全國銀行從業員工會（Contraf）拒絕，要求重新談判。

巴西銀行從業員最近1次罷工，是在去年9月至10月間，為期逾20天。
