國民黨基隆市長參選人謝立功今天說，若當選後，市府未來將發放5歲以下幼童育兒津貼，每名每月新台幣2500元，最多可領到滿5足歲當月。

國民黨基隆市黨部上午舉辦「2014把愛傳出去，團結愛基隆」公益大使授證大會，同時成立謝立功婦女後援會，全場超過500人參加，包括立法委員謝國樑、徐少萍、基隆市婦女會理事長周賽玉、基隆婦聯會主委賴瑞芳等人出席力挺謝立功。

謝立功說，為讓婦女和家庭能有更好的生活環境，他承諾4年內將基隆的社會福利措施，提升到和雙北相同的水平，讓基隆市民不用再羨慕雙北。

謝立功說，如果當選基隆市長，未來市府每月將發放每名幼童2500元育兒津貼，最多可領到滿5足歲當月，如果是多胞胎，市府還會加碼發放生育補助。

他說，基隆市的生育率，20年來都低於全國平均，雖然生育補助從明年開始將從1萬元提高到2萬元，但仍有改善空間。

此外，謝立功表示，市府也會提供婚後孕前健康檢查、孕婦唐氏症篩檢補助，和學齡前兒童視力、聽力、發展等健康檢查，並增設早期療育社區資源中心，讓慢飛天使快樂長大，由市府和家長們一起照顧下一代，減輕家長負擔。(中央社)
