歐洲央行今天將召開利率決策會議，歐洲央行總裁德拉吉（MarioDraghi）將強調歐洲央行有意祭出更多經濟刺激政策，影響所及，歐元恐進一步下探。

歐元跌跌不休，恐怕是歐洲央行月度決策例會所能祭出最有效振興手段，因歐元貶值有助歐元區出口，助漲令人憂心不已的低通貨膨脹。

鑑於各項經濟數據疲弱不振，特別是通膨率處在紀錄低點，歐洲央行今天預料將不會採取大動作，以刺激經濟，主因歐洲央行從6月來已下調利率且祭出2項刺激方案。

降息則幾乎不可能。歐元區基準再融資利率如今已處在空前低點0.05%；銀行隔夜存款利率也降至負0.2%。事實上，德拉吉已坦承各項利率已歸於零。

同時分析師表示，歐洲央行將勾勒分別在6月與9月出爐的2項刺激方案相關明細，因此預料將不會祭出新刺激政策。這2項刺激方案旨在擴大放貸以提振經濟活動。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1031002
