《CNBC》報導，國際原油價格今日再度下跌作收，油價再創 2012 年以來新低，強勢美元與充足供應持續打壓油價。

美國今日公佈的非農就業數據表現優於市場預期，新增 24 萬 8000 個就業人口，同時失業率創 6 年以來新低，經濟表現再度推升美元兌全球主要匯率上漲，原油期貨價格因而再度下跌。

11 月布蘭特原油期貨價格下跌超過 1 美元，來到每桶 92 美元附近，盤中一度受美國最就業數據影響，最低來到每桶 91.55美元，創 2012 年六月以來最低紀錄。

11 月美國輕原油下跌近 1%，再度來到每桶近 90 美元。本週累計下跌近 2 美元，最低一度來到每桶 88.18 美元，創 2013 年四月以來最低紀錄。

今年以來，布蘭特原油已經累計下跌 15%，全球地緣政治衝突不斷未能支撐油價上漲，ISIS 武裝份子橫掃伊拉克也未對原油產量造成明顯影響。

分析師表示，目前只有靠石油輸出國組織 OPEC 減產，原油價格才有上漲的機會。部分會員國呼籲盡速減產，但亦有會員國認為冬天即將到來，屆時市場需求自然會推升油價，內部意見分歧。
