韓國女星具惠善5年前在韓版《流星花園》扮窮酸美眉「杉菜」暴紅，戲外則是女文青，無論開畫展、出書、導戲、開攝影展，全部都一把罩。她昨天在釜山影展出席執導的新片《女兒》（暫譯）講座，吸引大批粉絲參加，但她明顯變胖一圈，不僅一笑雙下巴跑出來，眼角的魚尾紋也爬上臉，宛如大嬸上身，青春美麗的杉菜已回不去了。
 
有網友說：「就算變胖還是很漂亮！」但也有人感嘆說：「再漂亮的人也擋不住歲月的摧殘，只能靠整形維持美麗了。」（陳穎／綜合報導）
