殺警案 北市警逮3嫌1人交保

（中央社記者劉建邦台北2日電）台北市警局持續偵辦殺警案，今天移送第44名嫌犯27歲樊姓男子後，下午再逮2嫌。全案目前共拘提46名嫌犯，15人遭收押。

信義分局偵辦夜店殺警案，昨晚帶回一名涉案的樊男，2日中午把人移送台北地檢署偵辦；下午4時許，再拘提黃姓男子和徐姓男子，持續警訊中。

警方表示，樊男到案後供稱，案發當晚和另名主嫌張程翔在一起，張程翔接獲電話後，兩人就一起前往現場助陣。

警方調閱監視畫面發現案發現場有樊男身影，但未發現他有出手毆打偵查佐薛貞國，警訊後依殺人及傷害罪移送地檢署偵辦。

殺警案到目前為止警方共拘提44名犯嫌，其中15人遭押，包含曾威豪、劉芯彤、蕭叡鴻、萬少丞、馬寅紘、易寶宏、周譽騰、郭士均、茍桓銘、張博安、王培安、陳致霖、游家樺、許淳凱、周柏諺。警方持續追捕涉案共犯。1031002
